it is spring, right? at least that's what the calendar says, but it doesn't feel like it here in philly. so i'm going to devote today to fun, free-spirited work like that of susan schiesser's violet sigh and landscapes series to warm up these temperatures, make the air smell sweet and flowers begin to bloom..
